PSSCA Virtual Town Hall:
School counselors are examining how they can align their school counseling programs to create a racism and bias free school culture. During this town hall meeting school counselors will gain tools to understand data and implement practices to combat racism and inequities within their schools.
At the end of this meeting, participants will gain knowledge and understanding about:
1. What racism and bias is
2. How to identify racism and bias in schools
3. Strategies school counselors can use to advocate for impacted groups
